Initially a Video Tour or Virtual Viewing will be offered to anyone wishing to view a property. 

Once completed a video / virtual viewing and happy with how the property is,  we can look to book an internal viewing at the property. To be able to book an internal inspection we require viewers to be "in a position to proceed". From a sales point of view this means that you are not in a chain, or have a house to sell that is on the market along with finances in place. 

Internal viewings, viewers are required to wear face masks and will be asked to sanitise hands on entry to the property. Our agents will have sanitiser with them. 

Our agent will have all the internal doors open and touch surfaces wiped down, we will ask you not to touch anything and if you want something opened or moved please ask the agent and we can do it for you. 

We understand these are difficult and strange times and we are operating within the guidance of the National Association of Estate Agent to ensure minimal interaction for all parties during these times.
