The main thing that we would praise Gerard on is that he kept us informed at every juncture. He was always on the other end of the phone and always replied to any emails quickly and efficiently. He was upbeat at all times, despite a couple of setbacks and kept us calm and collected. I don't think anyone else could have got this pr...operty over the line for us.

He guided us through every step along the way, keeping us updated throughout. Sometimes it was a simple email or phone call to let us know what was happening, and then in more detail when it was required.

He was highly professional all along the process and gave us plenty of advice and shared his knowledge willingly. He really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated all his hard work.
