The property market at the minute is really interesting, we are bringing stock onto the market and normally within days there are numerous viewings booked and offers following not too far behind. Which is great if your are selling..... demand for property currently is strong.
My first snippet of advice would be to get a valuation carried out, this way you will know what value your property is at now, once you know what you can achieve for yours, you can now budget for your next property.
