Accordingly, we have made the decision to close our physical office on the Ormeau Road in Belfast. The firm remains open and fully operational across all aspects of the business, albeit remotely. I can assure you that all Hampton Estates staff are still working hard on your behalf. All staff are contactable by phone, text, email and through Hampton Estates social media platforms.
For now, all of the properties Hampton Estates is offering for sale and to let will remain on view by appointment, but with social distancing precautions and at vendors and landlords discretion. Our professional services team will continue to provide advice and prepare valuations and other reports, subject to social distancing precautions and at the occupiers discretion. Our property and block management departments will continue to provide services on location and manage your buildings.
